Daryel Gene Jeffcoat

Daryel Gene Jeffcoat, 77, passed away on Sunday, October 30,2022, at his home in Granbury, Texas. He was born June 18,1945, in Lamesa, Texas to Herman Cleo Jeffcoat and Willie Lavern Marks Jeffcoat.

Daryel was a very hard worker and a loving family man. He loved farming and ranching and enjoyed taking care of his cows. He and Jerri were members of the Stephenville Church of Christ.

Daryel was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Steve Branum, grandson, Colin Long and a great-grandson, Knox Armstrong.

He is survived by his loving wife of (43) years, Jerri Jeffcoat; children, Cindy Armstrong, Theresa Long (Buddy), Brenda Gillies (Mark), Clint Jeffcoat (Tammy); daughter-in-law, Venus Branum; nine grandsons, three granddaughters and eight great-grandchildren; sister, Donna Foote (Jerry).

Visitation was from 6-8pm, on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury.

Funeral services were held at 10am, Thursday, November 3, 2022, at Wiley Funeral Home Chapel in Granbury with burial following at Holly Hills Memorial Park in Granbury under the direction of Wiley Funeral Home.
