Charles E. Hoots, age 85, of Flat Rock, North Carolina, passed away on the night of Friday, July 22, 2022 at Four Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care Elizabeth House in Flat Rock.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. at Shepherd Memorial Park with Pastor David Stanford officiating.
