Beulah Emogene Lemaster

Beulah Emogene Lemaster, 81, went home to be with the Lord at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital on Thursday, February 17, 2022, surrounded by her family. She was born on September 7, 1940, in Tomahawk, Kentucky, (Martin County) to the late Benjamin Franklin and Naoma (Mollette) Setser.

Beulah was a member of Dean Road Freewill Baptist Church. She married the love of her life, Billy Ray Lemaster, and they were blessed with 32 wonderful years of marriage before his passing in 1988. She was a home health care aide and enjoyed taking care of elderly people in their homes. Her family was very important to her and Beulah cherished the time she was able to spend with them, especially her grandchildren. She loved feeding and taking care of all outdoor animals and enjoyed watching her birds. Beulah enjoyed Gospel singing with her church, family and friends; she was blessed with a beautiful voice.

She is survived by her children, Vicky (Michael) Jackson and Michael Lemaster; her grandchildren and a very special great-grandchild, Raidyn Lemaster; numerous nephews and nieces; a sister, Joy (Billy) Pack; brother-in-law, Buford (Ilene) Lemaster; and sisters-in-law, Joyce Shetler and Sharon Davis.

In addition to her husband and parents, Beulah was preceded in death by her daughter, Deborah Eller; son, Mitchell Lemaster; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Columbus and Thelma Lemaster; two sisters, Mary Margaret Setser and Thelma (Roger) Ernsberger; and three brothers, Elbert (Edna) Setser, Elmer Setser, and Elzie (Alene) Setser.

The family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 p.m., Sunday, February 20, 2022, at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Road. The funeral service conducted by Rev. Clifford Earl Tackett will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 10:30 a.m. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in Mansfield Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Dean Road Freewill Baptist Church, 1169 Mill Rd., Mansfield, OH 44902.
