Ben Dixon, Jr., 68, passed away Aug. 12, 2022. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service, 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 20, at Word of Faith Pentecostal Church, 2325 16th Ave. SW, Cedar Rapids. Interment with military honors will follow at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.

Ben is survived by his wife, Debra; children, Dicia Morgan, Adam Cook, Amanda Dixon, Cora Dixon and James Hall II; 17 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; mother, Cora Cooks; brother, Robert Jenkins; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his son, Anthony “TJ” Dixon; and father, Alvin Cooks.

Ben retired from Cargill after 41 years and nine months of dedicated service.
