Barbara Asmann

Barbara Asmann, born May 19, 1937 in New York City, NY to Stanley and Anna Bognacki. A graduate of Dickenson High School in 1955 and Rutgers College in 1972. Received her MLS from University College at Rutgers in 1973. Married to Kenneth Asmann in 1958 and moved to Illinois in 1973. In 1974 started as the Media Director in Niles Elementary School. She also volunteered Chicago Art Institute on weekend. She is survived by her husband Kenneth, sons Stephen and David (Lisa) and grandchildren, Spencer, Parker and Taylor Asmann.
