Arthur C. Hodalski

Arthur C. Hodalski, 91, of Springfield, passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2022 at his home. He was born on October 4, 1930, in Springfield, the son of Arthur and Gisella (Ley) Hodalski.

Survivors include niece, Mary Hawley of Florissant, MO; and three nephews, Michael Spinner of Pinehurst, NC, Louis Spinner of St. Peters, MO and Paul Spinner of Sedalia, MO.

He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Eileen Spinner.

Arthur was a resident of Evanston, near Chicago, from the 1950’s to the 1990’s and returned to Springfield in 1996. He was a member of Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. He managed a shoe store in Evanston, IL. Arthur was a United States Army Veteran, serving during the Korean War.

Cremation will be accorded by Staab Funeral Home – Springfield and a private burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery.
