Anton Joseph Cottingham, 59, of Springfield died Saturday, February 5, 2022 at his home. He was born June 29, 1962 in Springfield, to Timothy James and Clara Frances (Kulavic) Cottingham.

He is survived by his mother, Clara Cottingham; two sisters, five brothers and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father.

He enjoyed playing horseshoes, watch NASCAR and was a Dallas Cowboys Fan. Anton worked in catering and food service most of his life.

The family will host a Celebration of Life at a later date.
