Ann Doherty

Ann Doherty, 79 of Springfield, died on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Regency Care. She was born February 20, 1942 in Ottawa, to William and Helen Harmon Doherty.

Survivors include three sisters, Cathi (Thomas) Nixon of Ottawa, Sue (James) Anderson of Ottawa and Mary Helen (Lindi Ramsden) Doherty of San Jose, CA and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Randy Lyman and one brother William Doherty.

Ann graduated from Marquette High School in 1959 and was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, both in Ottawa.

She worked as a Bookkeeper for Ace Hardware for many years.

Private services will be help with burial in St. Columba Catholic Cemetery in Ottawa.
