Andrew Payne, 61, passed away May 25, 2022 in Fort Worth, Texas. Lie in state will be held on Tueday, May 31, 2022 from 1pm until 7pm at Wiley Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday June 1, 2022 at 11am at Acton Baptist Church. Burial will be held on Friday, June 3, 2022 at 1pm at Woodbine Cemetery in Artesia, New Mexico.
