Amalia H. Zamora

Amalia H. Zamora, age 74, or Aurora, IL, passed away on Friday, December 18, 2020 at Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL. She was born on August 10, 1946 in Mexico, the daughter of Margarito and Consepcion (Chavez) Hinojosa.

She is survived by her husband, Luis Zamora of Aurora, IL; her son, Luis Carlos (Lori) Zamora of Seattle, WA; her granddaughter, Marlene Zamora of Rochelle, IL; as well as many siblings, nieces, and nephews.

Amalia is preceded in death by her parents, Margarito and Consepcion Hinojosa and a grandson.

A Funeral Service will take place on 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at the Nelson Funeral Home, 1010 West South Street, Plano, IL with Reverend Daniel Enriguez officiating. Interment will follow in the Little Rock Township Cemetery in Plano, IL.

A Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 6:30 PM with a prayer service taking place at 6:30 PM on Monday, December 21, 2020 at the Nelson Funeral Home in Plano.
