Bogdan Szafraniec, age 53, passed away suddenly on December 13. Devoted and caring father to Talia. Beloved son of Stefan and Jozefa. Cherished brother to Robert (Joanna) and Yolanda (Jim) Wisnionski. Adored uncle of Jakub, Alyson, Karina, Kate, Maya, and Alex.

 

He was a proud dad and number one fan of his daughter Talia. To all who knew him (and even those that didn’t), he was a great storyteller and loved a good “discussion” about history, politics or current events. He will be greatly missed by many.

 

Visitation will be held at 9am on Tuesday, December 22 at St. Anne Catholic Community, 120 Ela St, Barrington, IL 60010. Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 10am on Tuesday, December 22 at St. Anne Catholic Community.
