Kocialkowski, age 83, of Wisconsin; beloved husband of the late Elizabeth, nee Zack; adored father of Barbara (Richard) Rudel and Gregory (Tracy) Kocialkowski; cherished grandfather of Anna (Michael), Cecylia (Ronnay), Rachel, Amanda, and Mitchell; devoted great grandfather of  Thomas, Daniel, Emma, and William; dear brother of Stephan and Myra (Jim) Sparsus; fond uncle to many nieces and nephews. Funeral services and visitation held privately. Interment private at St Joseph Cemetery.
