William Glass

Williams “Bones” Glass passed away Sunday, September 14, 2025. He was born on October 28,1964 in Covington, TN where he was raised until he moved to MS with his family. William graduated from Drew High School. He attended Mississippi Delta Community College and Delta State University. He met and married the love of his life Francine Fly Glass in Charleston, MS. He worked as a farmer, a store manager, and he helped his brother-in-law in his shop, sharpening gin blades. His grandchildren and great grandchildren were his whole world. William loved his family and friends and enjoyed spending time with all.

Williams is survived by his sister Connie (George) Rone of Drew, MS, a brother Anthony (Carolyn) Glass of Drew, MS. 3 Grandchildren, Hunter Campbell, Carlie Campbell, and Trip Campbell. 4 Great Grandchildren Marlee, RJ, Lainey, and Olsie, and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife Francine Glass, a Daughter Manessa Lott, his parents Richard “Buddy” and Katie Sue Glass, a brother Carl Edward Glass and Sisters, Janice LaPorte and Juanita Chamberlin.
