Voting underway: NHP aims for American Association of State Troopers ‘Best Looking Cruiser’ calendar
The Nevada State Police Highway Patrol is calling on Nevadans — and cruiser fans nationwide — to help secure the top spot in the American Association of State Troopers (AAST) Best Looking Cruiser Contest.
Voters can cast a ballot at here beginning Monday, June 30. Voting closes on Friday, July 11, at 2:00 p.m. PST.

Last year’s strong showing landed Nevada in third place and in the AAST calendar. This year, the Nevada State Police Highway Patrol is vying for the cover with a striking portrait of its signature Mustang alongside the Hoover Dam and Nevada’s state animal, the Desert Bighorn Sheep.
The NHP Ford Mustang, the Hoover Dam, and the Desert Bighorn each symbolize the innovation, grit, and resilience that define Nevada.
Nevada State Police extends its gratitude to the U.S. Department of the Interior – Bureau of Reclamation, photographic artist T. Nathan Grant, and wildlife artist consultant Clayton Stewart.
