Viola Ubaldi
- May 27, 2025

Viola (Pisacrita) Ubaldi, born on September 26, 1927 in New Rochelle, NY passed away on May 26, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Pat ‘Red’ Ubaldi, her parents Mary & Nicholas, her siblings Norma & Nicky; she is survived by her sister Mary Angela, her five children: Patricia (& Gary), Lorraine, Lawrence (& Mary), Norma (& Bill) & Andrew (& Michelle); her 7 grandchildren: Viola, Brian, Gabrielle, Nicole, Brett, Lily, & Cameron, 3 great-grandchildren: Ella, Audrey, & Sophia, and great nieces and nephews.
Viola was her happiest when spending time with family and friends. She also loved taking long car-rides, getting lost and discovering new places; she was a wandering gypsy at heart. She had an adventurous story about every exit between NY and Florida. She was tiny in stature but her strength of character and iron will were giant.
People were drawn to her for her graceful, gentle, kind and fun-loving nature. She was always ‘dressed to the nines’ and wouldn’t go out unless her socks matched her shoes, her scarf, her sweater and her purse.
Viola was an amazing person and will be terribly missed by all who knew and loved her. Her favorite way to say goodbye to the kids was “It’s a good thing I love you”… and it certainly was.
