Veryl Spencer

Veryl Spencer passed away peacefully on September 27, 2025, just days after celebrating her 85th birthday. She was born on September 24, 1940, and in her 85 years she filled the world with laughter, love, and a spark all her own.

Known by her nieces as “spunky and sassy,” Veryl lived life on her own terms, with a quick wit, a warm smile, and a great sense of humor. Family gatherings were never complete without her humor, her stories, and her ability to keep everyone on their toes. Her generosity extended beyond her family, reaching out to help others in need often.

Veryl cherished her family deeply, and she was especially proud to hold the title of Auntie.

She leaves behind her nieces Shelly Kyska, Tracy Hoffhein(Mike) and Kristy Thorson( Chad), sister in law, Carol Spencer, many great nieces, nephews and friends.

Though she will be deeply missed, her memory will live on in the laughter and smiles she inspired—especially during camping trips and moments spent enjoying nature and wildlife.
