Terri Lynn Moser, 65, of Brunswick, MO, passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Boone Hospital in Columbia, MO. Funeral services will be held at Breshears Memorial Chapel in Brunswick on Friday, April 25, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. Mark Schuchmann will officiate the service. A graveside service will follow at Elliott Grove Cemetery. In lieu of a visitation, the family will host a gathering for everyone who cared for Terri on Friday, April 25, 2025, at the Brunswick High School gymnasium from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
Terri was born on April 3, 1960, in Brookfield, MO, the daughter of Herman and Cloise (Holloway) Moser. She attended Brunswick High School and later earned her GED.
Terri owned and operated T&J’s Liquor Store in Brunswick from 1989 to 1996, worked for the United States Postal Service in Salisbury from 1996 to 2004, and served as a dispatcher for Chariton County E-911 from 2004 until her passing. Terri loved spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed painting, crocheting, gardening, listening to music, and planting flowers.
She is survived by her significant other, Marvin Dowell; three children: Michael Arp and his wife, Lori, of Grain Valley, MO; Julia (Arp) Henke and her husband, Mitchell, of Brunswick, MO; and Scott Ostermann and his significant other, Olivia Capstick, of Brunswick, MO. She is also survived by eight grandchildren: Jacob, Logan, and Grady Arp; Isaac Klee; and Sylvia, Sydney, Saige, and Easton Ostermann. Additional survivors include her ex-husbands, Larry Arp of Madison, MO, and James Ostermann Jr. of Brunswick, MO; and extended family: Christi McKenzie and her husband, Scott; Alan Dowell and his wife, Christy; Clayton Dowell; and Steven Walz and his wife, Christy.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Cloise Moser, both from Brunswick, MO.
Pallbearers will be Isaac Klee, Jacob Arp, Logan Arp, William Ostermann, Clayton Dowell, and Alan Dowell. Honorary pallbearers will be Mitchell Henke, Steven Walz, Jamie Shields, and Michael Renner.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Larry’s Warrior Foundation. Donations may be left at Breshears Memorial Chapel or mailed to the funeral home at 207 W. Broadway, Brunswick, MO, 65236.
