Born on March 11, 1946, in Amercus, Georgia, Susan brought warmth and joy into the world from the very beginning. Over the course of her life, she touched countless hearts with her compassion, energy, and unwavering dedication to others.
Susan devoted more than 30 years of her life to helping children with speech development. Her career was not just a profession but a calling—one that left a lasting impact on generations of young lives. Her legacy is marked by the many children she helped find their voices and the families she supported along the way.
She cherished her family deeply and found immense joy in spending time with them. Susan is lovingly remembered by her daughter Lisa Bauer; her grandchildren Daniel Eberle and Aleesha Medbury; her brothers Michael Hatcher, Robert Hatcher, and Daniel Hatcher; and her sisters Rebecca Wells and Peggy Martin. She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Robert Bloomfield.
Beyond her professional accomplishments and family devotion, Susan embraced life with passion. She loved traveling to new places, dancing with abandon, and celebrating every moment.
