Stephanie Tykarski

Stephanie (nee Smith) Tykarski, of Perkasie and formerly of Levittown, PA, passed away Monday September 22, 2025, after a hard-fought battle with cancer. She was 44. Born in Whitman, MA, Stephanie will be remembered for her free spirit and as a wonderful mother to her children.

Stephanie is survived by her sons, Robbie Tykarski and Evan Ketterer, her parents, Anne (nee Collins) and George Lauth, and the love of her life, Jason Butterfoss. She is also survived by her brother, Jason Smith, along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Family and friends are invited to Stephanie’s Life Celebration on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 3 PM – 5 PM, at the Beck-Givnish Life Celebration Home, 7400 New Falls Rd., Levittown, PA 19055.
