Sarah Elizabeth (Viglucci) Dlubac of Darien, Connecticut, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 5, 2025.
Sarah was born on May 25, 1983, in Poughkeepsie, New York, to Nicholas and Pamela (Sternbach) Viglucci. She graduated from Brewster High School in 2001 before going on to UCONN where she earned her Bachelor‘s Degree.
After graduation, Sarah worked as a Human Resources Specialist at UBS in Stamford, Connecticut. Later, harnessing her creativity, she began her own business, Nest & Nostalgia, which she ran from her home in Darien. Sarah was also an avid volunteer at The Swap Shop in Darien.
Sarah’s greatest joy was being a mom to her two boys, Calvin and Carter. She was a loving mother, and her boys were her world.
Sarah was a light to everyone who knew her. She wore an infectious smile, maintained boundless energy, and had an ability to make everyone around her feel like they mattered. Sarah had a heart full of love and thoughtfulness. Her presence was a gift.
Sarah’s legacy will live on in the countless moments of joy she brought to our lives – the laughter, shared memories, and the love she freely gave. She may no longer be with us in body, but her spirit will forever remain in our hearts.
Sarah is survived by Calvin, Carter and John Dlubac of Darien, Connecticut, her parents Nicholas and Pamela Viglucci of Ft. Myers, Florida, her brother David Viglucci and his girlfriend, Melissa Baggs of Fall River, Massachusetts.
Calling hours will be held at Beecher Funeral Home 1 Putnam Avenue, Brewster, New York 10509, on Friday October 17, 2025, from 4-8pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Saint John Church of Darien, 1986 Post Road, Darien, CT 06820, on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 11am.
