Ronne Lee Stewart quietly left his earthly home in the early morning hours of March 20, 2025, after a 21- year battle with Melanoma. He was 67. He was born June 26, 1957, and adopted on that day by his loving parents Wayne Stewart and Jan Pollock Stewart. Stew attended and graduated from Granite High School in 1975. In his late teens he was hired by the now Crawford Door Company. He held many positions there and made lasting friendships with many people.
Stew married Susan Richmond in October of 1994. He became the Stepfather of three boys. Stew and Susan loved bowling, boating with great friends, Western music, and Utah Jazz. Stew’s most treasured memories are watching the Washington Redskins, and NASCAR. Stew also met and became friends with many “car guys” over the years. He restored many cars and Ford trucks! He and Susan attended the annual “Car Show” in Wendover for many years, building some lasting friendships and great memories.
During the 21 years of treatments and trials with the melanomas, Stew braved it all with humor and grace. He didn’t complain and was able to “rebound” so many times in the past 2 years.
Stew is survived by his wife, Susan, and stepsons, Jess (Linda) Campbell, Thomas (Erika) Campbell, and Cody Campbell. He had 8 grandchildren. He is survived by his wonderful and caring siblings, Gary (Lisa) Stewart, and sister Jayne (Ron) Morris. Preceded in death by his parents.
A Celebration of Life will be held April 18th, from 10:30 until noon, at Larkin, Le Jardin, 1950 E. 10600 So. Sandy, Utah.
The family would like to thank the sweet and supportive staff at Symbii Hospice for their loving kindness during the last 18 months, especially Holly, Nikki, Theresa, Lisa and Martha.
