Raymond G. Natell Jr., of Pearl River, NY died September 10, 2025.

Born on August 14, 1957, in Mount Vernon, NY, Ray was the son of Anne (DeSerio) and Raymond G. Natell Sr.

As a young child Ray’s family moved to Brewster, NY where he attended North Salem Schools. As an adult Ray owned and operated multiple delis and restaurants including Top Quality Deli in Brewster, NY. After leaving the deli business he worked as a butcher for the rest of his career.

Ray married Maria (Burns) in 1987, they were married for fifteen years and together they had two children. In 2008 he married his soulmate, Loretta Baker.

Ray will be remembered as a good friend to those lucky enough to have crossed his path. He always enjoyed cooking for family and friends, he was an avid bowler, car enthusiast, and the life of every party. Ray never met a stranger and would give anyone the shirt off his back. “What a guy!”

Ray is survived by his children, Andrew (Nunziata) Natell of New Fairfield, CT and Marissa (Jose) Micolta of Brewster, NY, as well as his stepchildren, Billy Burns, Jessica Firestone, and Amanda Norcross. He leaves behind his grandchildren, Aiden and Mikayla Micolta, Ilaria and Massimo Natell; his sister, Joann Maguire of Charlestown, RI; his brother, Brian (Mary) Natell of Yorktown, NY and his brother-in-law, John Scott of South Kingstown, RI. He was predeceased in death by his parents, Anne and Ray, his sister, Michele Scott and his brother-in-law, Jon Maguire.

Calling hours will be Thursday September 18, 2025, from 3-7 at Beecher Funeral Home. A private burial will take place at St. Lawrence O’Toole Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Knights of Columbus.
