Randall (Randy) Myers
February 18, 1953 – April 26, 2024
Randy was born in Menominee, Michigan to his parents Roy and Margaret Myers. He spent his younger childhood in Marinette, Wisconsin with his sisters Barbara, Dawn, and Karen. When he was around 10 years old his family moved to Pinole, California where he later graduated from Pinole Valley High School. Randy later moved to Rodeo, then finally settled in Hercules.
He worked as a mechanic for several years, then became a proud sheet metal worker (local 104) for over 25 years. He loved coaching, sports, his family and friends, but most of all, The Lord. Randy will always be remembered as kind, loving, funny, and smart.
Randy is a true example of a man of God and he remained faithful to Jesus throughout his battle with cancer.
“And then one day we’ll all cross that river and fight life’s final war with pain. And then, as death gives way to victory I’ll see the lights of glory and I’ll know He reigns. Because He lives, I can face tomorrow. Because He lives, all fear is gone. Because I know, I know He holds the future, and life is worth the living just because He lives.”
Randy is survived by his daughter Candace (Richard) and her mom Paula, grandson Jonathan, sons Tim (Stacey) and Tom (Reannon), sisters, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to attend his celebration of life on Sunday, June 2nd at 1:30pm, located at the Rockefeller Lodge: 2650 Market Ave, San Pablo, CA 94806.
