Phyllis I. Fowler, 84 of Perrysville passed from this life on Tuesday morning, May 6, 2025 in her home with her family by her side.

She was born on July 10, 1940 in Pontiac, Michigan, the daughter of the late Kelly and Esther (nee Wallace) Gullett.

An interment service will be held on Friday, May 9, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the Hayesville Vermillion Cemetery with Trudy Bates, presiding.
