Strong winds will continue Sunday, with wind prone areas achieving gusts to 75 mph while ridge gusts reach 100 mph, according to the National Weather Service in Reno.
A Wind Advisory is in effect from until 9 p.m. Wind prone locations along US-395 may see gusts near 75 mph, forecasters said. Expect travel delays, bumpy flights and recreation impacts.
Below average temperatures are expected to continue Sunday with a warming trend returning later this week.
