Nohemi Hinkle
Nohemi Hinkle, age 45 of Somonauk, IL passed away at her home, surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. She was born on October 25, 1980 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Olivia Carrasco Cabrales.
Nohemi was united in marriage on August 11, 2006 to Daniel B. Hinkle and they spent the next 19 years happily together. Mrs. Hinkle was an active member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Plano, IL. She was the coordinator of the Hearts on Fire CCD program at the church. Nohemi was very talented and enjoyed many hobbies including, cooking, sewing, knitting, painting, gardening, seamstress, dancer to mention just a few. She was a loving wife, mother and daughter who will be deeply missed by her family and her many, many friends.
Nohemi is survived by her husband, Daniel B. Hinkle of Somonauk, IL; her five children, Melody, Aubrey, Daniel Jr., Olivia, and Gianna Hinkle, all of Somonauk, IL; also her brother, Orlando Cabrales of Chicago, IL.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Faith Faustina Hinkle; her mother, Olivia Carrasco; also her grandparents.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 1001 North Center Avenue, Plano, IL. Private interment will take place in St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery at a later date.
Friends may visit from 4:00 until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at the Nelson Funeral Home, 1010 West South Street, Plano, IL.
