Nell Justice

Nell Justice, 93 of River Branch (Lower Johns Creek) Pikeville, KY passed from this earthly life Thursday May 1, 2025, at Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, KY.

Nell was born Monday October 19 1931 at McCombs, KY in Pike County, a daughter of the late Proctor and Lois Burchett Spears.

Nell was a retired LPN who worked at the old Pikeville Methodist Hospital and at hospitals in Michigan. She was a member of the Gulnare Frewill Baptist Church.

Nell was preceded in death by her loving husband Bobby Lee Justice who passed away on April 8, 2023. At the time of his death, they had been married 61 years.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.

Nell is survived by one son Lanny Spears and his wife Cammie of Wilmore, KY; one daughter Margaret Smith and her husband Phillip of Pikeville, KY; four grandchildren Jennifer Young and her husband Steve, Samantha Smith, Andrew Smith and his wife Virginia and Samantha Slone and her husband Zach; six great grandchildren Austin Hopper(Erin), Liam, Lila and Jensen Smith, River Smith, Senora and Isla Slone; and two great-great grandchildren Caseton and Everleigh Hopper.

Nell will be sadly missed by all those that knew and loved her.
