Nancy LaVecchia

Nancy A. LaVecchia, of Mamaroneck, passed away Monday May 5th. She was 81. Born in New Rochelle, November 21, 1943 to Dominic and Nancy DiNapoli. She was a graduate of New Rochelle High School and spent her career working at F. E. Bellows School in Mamaroneck. Nancy was a wonderful wife and mother. She enjoyed cooking for her family, loved flowers, and Elvis. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Michael; and is survived by her loving children Phyllis Johnson, Janice McHale (John), Karen LaVecchia, and Anthony (Renee); and her cherished grandchildren Matthew Johnson, Joseph Sabia, Sgt. Nicholas Sabia, and Gracie LaVecchia. To honor her life, family and friends will gather Friday from 4pm – 8pm at COXE & GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME, Mamaroneck. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 9:30am Saturday at Blessed Sacrament Church, New Rochelle. Interment to follow at Beechwoods Cemetery, New Rochelle.
