Miles L. Griffith of Highland Falls, NY passed away at Montefiore Hospital in Bronx, NY on April 2, 2025. He was 55 years old. Son of the late Christina (Bruce) and Mervyn Griffith, Miles was born on May 13, 1969 in Brooklyn, NY.
A highly respected musician, Miles was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Highland Falls, and also a member of The Sunday Vocal Jazz Jam.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Rachelle Lim and son, Miles Logan Lim-Griffith, both of Highland Falls, NY. He is survived by brothers: St. Clair Bruce, Ephraim Bruce, Mervyn Griffith, Jr., and Michael Griffith; and sisters: Angela Bruce and Diane Augustine. Miles will also be remembered by nieces and nephews: Lisa, St. Clair, Jr., Tracy, Marcus, Germaine, Michelle, Geneiva, Macosi, Tenesia, Daniel, Benjamin, Richard, Myron, Tristian, Cherylann, and Cherryann; as well as several cousins.
In addition to his parents, Miles was predeceased by his niece Camilla and his nephew Jarrett.
Visitation will be held from 4:00-6:00PM on Sunday, April 6, 2025, at Grace Baptist Church, 54 Old State Road, Highland Falls, NY. Funeral Service to immediately follow.
Cremation entrusted to Cedar Hill Crematory, Middle Hope, NY.
