Michal Wolodkowicz, lovingly known as Dziadziu, 80, passed away on October 23rd, 2025.
He was born on September 25th, 1945 to Jadwiga and Franciszek Wolodkowicz. Michal is survived by his children Helen Walsh, Edward and Susan Wolodkowicz, and Thomas and Tessa Wolodkowicz; his sister Theresa Hoeck and brother Jan Wolodkowicz; his grandchildren and great-grandchildren who adored him; and his extended family and friends who will forever cherish his memory.
Michal was known for his sense of humor, hard work, and his secret to winning at the casino — waiting until someone left a slot machine before taking his lucky turn. He loved to watch soccer and was happiest when working with his hands. He took pride in fixing things his own way — and they usually worked, too. There wasn’t much he wouldn’t try to fix or figure out himself.
He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who loved his family deeply. His humor, resourcefulness, and unique way of doing things will be remembered and missed by everyone who knew him.
Michal is now reunited with the love of his life, Gienia, where they will rest together in peace.
