Michael Wery
MICHAEL J. WERY, 62 of Daggett, MI passed away on Monday July 28, 2025 at his home following a courageous battle with cancer. Mike was born on July 16, 1963 in Green Bay, WI to Roger (Diana) Wery and Jacqueline (Dennis) St. Vincent. On October 31, 2016, Mike married Eileen Meade at Pemene Falls in Faithorn Township. He was a proud member of Millwrights Local 1056 for 40 years where he loved traveling the states for many jobs. Mike was very active and enjoyed anything from gardening, to being a handyman, and mostly his family time. He further enjoyed fishing, collecting antiques with his wife, riding his motorcycle, and listening to rock music with a cold Mickey’s in hand in the garage.
Survivors include his wife: Eileen Wery; 5 children: Bryce Wery, Briar Wery, Bobbie Jo Knaus, Sieanna (Kurt) Schierland and Autumn Edwards; 7 grandchildren: Ryland, Gracie, Landon, Olivia, Ryker, Eli and Ada; 2 sisters: Shelly (Skeeter) Lanaville and Debbie (Jay) Bell; special friends: Bobbo, Larry, Pat and Dan; many nieces and nephews.
Mike was preceded in death by his mother: Jacqueline St. Vincent; father & step-mother: Roger & Diana Wery and step-son: Timothy Meade.
Visitation will be held at Anderson Diehm Funeral Home on Saturday August 2, 2025 from 10:00 am until time of Funeral Service at 12:00 noon with Pastor Tim Gunderson officiating. Burial will follow in Stephenson Township Cemetery.
