Mark Endries, 73, of International Falls, MN passed away on June 28, 2025 at Rainy Lake Medical Center, International Falls, MN from heart complications.
Mark was born on March 9, 1952 in Manitowoc son of the late John and Rosalinda (Woelfel) Endries. Mark enjoyed ice fishing, throwing bean bags, and playing cards. He served on the Cleveland Fire Department for 13 years (1979-1992) and served in the military. He worked as a roofer for Schaus for several years as well as drove semi for Miller trucking.
Survivors include his children; Doug Endries, daughters Ericka and Sara; Jamie (Amy) Endries, daughters Emily and Allyson; Davis Endries and children DevinReigh, Uriah, and Waylon; and the mother of their three boys, Sharon Eldred. Mark is further survived by his siblings Joanne (John) Firkus, Leo (Ok Hui) Endries, Roger Endries, and Gary (Ruth) Schnell. Brothers-in-law Richard Lettenberger and George Woelfel; Sister-in-law Jerriann Endries. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, many relatives and friends.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents John Endries and Rosalinda Schnell; siblings Alois (Julianne) Endries, Sally (Delmar) Lettenberger, Genrose Lettenberger, Estella (Herb) Boettcher, Florence Woelfel, Anna Mae (Jim) Rosecky, Carol (John) Kumbalek, James Endries.
A special thank you to Cindy Kuettel and the caretakers at the Little Fork assisted living as well as the emergency responders at Rainy Lake Medical Center in International Falls.
Green-Larsen Mortuary, Inc. (MN) and Meiselwitz Funeral Home (WI) assisted the family.
Cremation has taken place.
A private celebration of life is planned for Sunday, July 13 from11:00am-2:00pm at Meat’s Opera Haus, St. Nazianz, WI.
