Marion Kowalski

Marion L. Kowalski, Proud U.S. Army Veteran, age 83 of Chicago Ridge, passed away surrounded by his loving family July 13, 2025. Beloved husband and best friend of Margaret (nee Jordan) for 59 years; Loving dad and best friend to Edmund (Karen), Proud grandpa and best friend to Abby; Dear brother of the late Kathleen (late Robert) McKee, Angel (late Lawrence) Swiech, Jacqueline (Jack) McGlynn, and James (Sue) Demopoulos; Fond uncle and friend to many. Marion was a member of the Chicago Astronomical Society and organized and ran the Astronomy Shows at the Little Red School House for 27 years. He was a proud member of Local Teamsters Union 710. Marion was also a member of the Golden Agers Senior Club and the Pioneers Club. Visitation Wednesday, July 16, 2025 from 3:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.; Funeral Thursday July 17, 2025 8:30 a.m. from Curley Funeral Home, 6116 W. 111th St., Chicago Ridge to Our Lady of the Ridge Church, 10810 Oxford, Chicago Ridge for Mass at 9:30 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Justice.
