M. Christopher Waldrop

Mark Christopher Waldrop (Chris) passed away Tuesday September 9th, 2025, in San Tan Valley, Arizona. He was born July 6th, 1986, to Denise and Mark Waldrop in Chandler, Arizona. Chris was the oldest sibling to brother Shane and sister Keira.

Chris was a graduate from Highland High School and obtained his bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. He was a true football enthusiast and a devoted Arizona Cardinals fan.

He often spent his free time enjoying music and films, playing guitar, cooking, comedy and playing with his dogs Archer and Iya. His biggest joy was sharing these passions with his family and friends. He was an unwaveringly supportive and loving brother and son.

Chris was a friend to all, and with his departure, we remember a life lived with immense love and a constant sense of caring for those lucky enough to know him.

Chris is survived by his loving father, mother, sister Keira Waldrop, along with many other family and friends who will truly miss him. Chris was preceded in death by his younger brother Shane Waldrop; may they rest easy together.

Chris’s celebration of life will be held at 9:30am, Saturday September 20th, 2025, at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery & Funeral Home located at 1562 E Baseline Rd, Mesa, AZ 85204. Burial will follow immediately at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery & Funeral Home in Mesa, Arizona.
