Lyric Sky Tate, also known as Deary, age 6, of Las Cruces, New Mexico, passed away on July 10, 2025, at Memorial Medical Center.
Though her time with us was far too short, Lyric’s joyful spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew and loved her.

Her vibrant personality, and her sweet smile could light up any room.
She is deeply missed by her loving family, including her older brother ,Logan Amias Flores and younger stepbrother Ocean Gerard Armijo; her grandparents, Melissa and John Smith, Martha Armijo ; her Aunt Sabryna Jimenez and Uncle Bennett Jimenez, along with their children — Lyric’s cousins Aubrey, Avery, and Jett; and her Aunt Elysha Smith and Uncle Elijah Smith. Funeral services to honor Lyric’s beautiful life were held at La Paz-Graham’s Funeral Home in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
