Linda Trapani

Linda Trapani passed away after a long illness on April 18, 2025 in Montrose, California. Born to Lilian Elvin and Arthur Stein, she was the youngest of four children. Linda was raised in Glendale and Tujunga, California. Linda was a loving daughter, sister, wife and mother. Linda married Sam Mabery and they raised their family in Sunland/Tujunga, California.

Linda was a hardworking mother who managed to find time to run a household, cook meals, and teach three daughters to cook and sew. Linda was a talented quilter and seamstress who spent endless hours perfecting her skills. Gifts expertly crafted by hand were always anticipated by grandchildren and many are treasured to this day.

Linda enjoyed spending time with family and the beauty of the outdoors while living in Northern California for many years with her second husband of 43 years, Chuck Trapani.

Linda is survived by her sister Marjorie; daughters Teresa (Dave), Susan (Ray) and Lori (Rob); step sons Lee (Cheryl), Mark (Ann) and Brad; 15 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.

There will be a private Celebration of Life for family and close friends on June 7, 2025.
