Linda Matz

LINDA H. MATZ (nee Horne), age 70, passed away on May 25, 2025. Beloved wife of 50 years to Kenneth Matz; dearest mother of Melissa Anderson (Chris), Lindsey Corradetti (Joseph) and Michael Matz (Ashley); loving grandmother of Franco, Aria, Luciano, Addison, Westin, and Aiden.

Linda loved dogs and had eight over the years including her current goldendoodle, Mollie. She enjoyed attending her kids’ and grandkids’ events including sports and performances. Linda loved to travel and cruised 28 times. She loved her winter getaways to Florida, especially with the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions in memory of Linda to the Rescue Village, 15463 Chillicothe Rd., Novelty, OH 44072 or the American Heart Association, 1375 E 9th St., #600, Cleveland, OH 44114.

Funeral Service Friday, May 30, 2025 at 12 Noon at the SCHULTE & MAHON-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 5252 MAYFIELD RD., LYNDHURST (BETWEEN RICHMOND AND BRAINARD). The family will receive friends THURSDAY, MAY 29 FROM 4 TO 7 P.M. AND FRIDAY, MAY 30 FROM 11 A.M. UNTIL TIME OF SERVICE. Interment private.
