He is survived by his wife, La’Sheryl Battles, Children, Chance Battles, Christian Battles, Lathen Battles, Ahlanna Kidd, Kiniyah Horton, Timarion West, bonus children, T’ziyah Fisher, J’khia Robinson, Jaysean Robinson. Grandchild, Eloni Body, parents, Willie Mae Battles and Lee Gatewood (Cynthia). Siblings, Nina Beleford, Justin Gatewood, Bonus siblings, Cherridy Stokes, Remon Robinson, Nicole Vaughn, Lashanda Hawkins (James), Ricky Walker and Steven Aikins, grandmother, Margaret Slater. He was preceded in death by son, Laiden Battles, grandparents, Willie Battles, Earnestine Lewis and Almond Lewis.
