Larry Trombley

Larry Allen Trombley, age 75 of Imlay City passed away Thursday, August 7, 2025. He was born February 6, 1950 the son of George & Alvera (Allegrina) Trombley in Almont. After graduating from Imlay City High School, Larry joined the United States Marines. He later started his own trucking company, LT Trucking. Larry liked riding dirt bikes and snowmobiling. Larry also liked dancing. Most of all Larry loved spending time with his family.

Larry is survived by his children: Larry “Chip” (Holly) Trombley of Imlay City, Lincoln (Mary) Trombley of Imlay City, Heather Homer of Metamora and Joe Hagner of Brown City. He is also survived by his Grandchildren: Tyler (Gina) Trombley of Lapeer, Austin (Shelby) Trombley of Imlay City, Riley (Walker) Paz of South Dakota, Nicholas Trombley of Imlay City, and also by great-grandchildren: Carter Smith, Carson Smith, Braxton Ford, Oakley Trombley, Houston Paz and Veronica Trombley and his sister-in-law Kathy Trombley. He is preceded in death by his parents and by his siblings: Barbara Kleinhans, Beverly (Duane) Hogg and George “Butch” (Kathy) Trombley.

There will be a Memorial Service held on Sunday, August 17, 2025 from 1:00-5:00pm at the Imlay City Eagles Club (170 South Almont Ave. Imlay City, MI 48444.)
