Larry Marvin

Larry J. Marvin, age 73, of Adrian, passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at Springcreek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

He was born on July 23, 1952, in Adrian to James and Wilma (Brockway) Marvin. On March 11, 1972, he married Sandra Cleveland in Adrian. Together, they shared over 53 years of marriage.

Larry dedicated many years of service to Adrian Public Schools, working in shipping and receiving. Following his retirement, he continued to stay active by working for Cutting Edge Lawn Service for ten years.

He was a lifelong member of Fairfield Masonic Lodge #125 and Fairfield Order of the Eastern Star Chapter #224. His involvement with these organizations was a meaningful part of his life.

To cherish his memory, Larry leaves his loving wife, Sandra; son, Daniel Marvin; daughter, Kelly (Robert) Bach; sister, Nancy (Paul) Mattausch; four grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. Larry was preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation has taken place. Burial of cremains will be in Brookside Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association in his honor. Arrangements have been entrusted to Anderson-Marry Funeral Home, Adrian.
