Lana Norris

Lana Leigh Norris, 55, of Bowie Texas, passed away on August 31, 2025. Born on November 20, 1969, she lived a life filled with love, laughter, and devotion to the people she held most dear.

Lana was a proud mother to her two sons, Johnathan Ellis and Marc Ellis, and a deeply cherished grandmother to her five grandchildren, who were her greatest joy. She also shared a special bond with her niece, Beth Fidler, and Beth’s daughter, Izzy, who brought even more love and light into her life. Lana treasured time spent with family and friends, always making sure those around her felt cared for and loved.

Her legacy is one of compassion and generosity. In her final act of kindness, Lana gave the gift of life through organ donation, helping at least 16 people and leaving behind a lasting impact that will carry forward through the lives she touched.

She is survived by her eldest son Johnathan and his wife Cheyenne along with their four kids, her youngest son Marc and his wife Kristi and their daughter, her niece Beth and her daughter and countless other relatives.

She will be remembered for her warmth, her laughter, and her unwavering love for her family. Her presence will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
