Kiss the Lamb! Carson High School’s Capitol FFA Fundraiser in Full Swing
- February 13, 2025

The Capitol FFA “Kiss the Lamb” Fundraiser at Carson High School is in full swing, transforming the school into a hub of excitement and charitable giving.
This unique and entertaining event, which runs from February 10th to February 21st, offers students a fun and engaging way to support their local FFA chapter while also participating in a bit of lighthearted school spirit.
The premise is simple: students vote for which nominated teacher they’d like to see kiss a lamb by placing their spare change, or even a few dollars, into that teacher’s designated jar.
The teacher with the most money collected in their jar by the end of the fundraiser will have the distinct honor of kissing a lamb after school on February 21st.
It’s a creative and lighthearted way to raise funds for the Capitol FFA, while simultaneously fostering a sense of community and excitement among students and staff.
Beyond the entertainment value, the “Kiss the Lamb” fundraiser serves a vital purpose.
All proceeds generated from this initiative will directly support the Capitol FFA chapter and its various programs. These funds will help students develop crucial leadership skills, participate in agricultural competitions, and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of agriculture.
So, as the countdown to the grand finale continues, students are encouraged to cast their votes! Whether it’s a small donation or a more substantial contribution, every penny counts. Support your favorite teacher, support the Capitol FFA, and be a part of this fun and worthwhile event.
Don’t miss the chance to witness the “Kiss the Lamb” moment – it’s sure to be an unforgettable experience! Find the jars located at lunch in the student square or in Ms. Gates room 161 and help crown the teacher who will bravely plant a kiss on the lamb!
