Kenneth Huff

August 30, 2025. Kenneth Edward Huff was born Oct. 30, 1941 in Hollis Maine to Cleon and Hazel Huff. He grew up the youngest of 7 children and was predeceased by all of them. He attended the University of Maine on Orono graduating with a bachelors degree in physics in 1963. He married his classmate Carol Dubay Aug. 31, 1963 and moved from Maine to Rochester to work at Eastman Kodak Co. research lab. Ken and Carol moved to Spencerport in 1968 where they raised 2 daughters and continued living there until retirement and moved to Pittsford NY in 1999. In retirement Ken took classes learning to build his own guitars which he enjoyed playing. He also enjoyed riding his tractor doing yardwork and working on home improvement projects.

Ken is survived by his 2 daughters, Karen (Bob Sutton), Julie (Dave Snaith); six grandchildren, Olivia (Christian Olson), Eve, Tessa and Tracer Sutton, Jackson and Jane Snaith; many nieces, nephews, and his wonderful home health aides. 

Per Ken’s wishes, Cremains are buried in the Wooded Nature Trail at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Rd., Pittsford. A graveside service will be held 11 am Sunday, September 7th with a luncheon to follow.
