Judith “Judi” Young
Judith “Judi” A. (Fethler) Young, 74, of Holcombe, WI., passed away Sunday, August 10th 2025 at Mayo Hospital In Eau Claire.
Judi was born March 3rd, 1951 in Chicago, IL., to George and Charlotte Fethler. Judi married Phillip Young on July 27th, 1983. They moved to Holcombe together in 1989, but divorced a few years later. Despite this, they remained good friends through the years.
A known lover of all animals, she raised and rode show horses while living in Chicago. After moving to Holcombe, she raised and showed bloodhounds, earning several awards for all.
Judi is survived by her sister- Joyce Palumbo; her nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents- George and Charlotte Fethler; and Phillip Young.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, August 15th 2025 at Borton-Leiser Funeral Home in Cornell, WI. The visitation will begin at 12:00pm and go until the start of the service at 2:00pm.
