Joseph is survived by his mother, Lupe Lee, father, William (Billy) Cockerham, Grandmother, Barbara (Jill) Cockerham Siblings, Michael Tafoya, Teresa Avendano (Adrian) Gabriel Lee (Kasey), Estrella Renik and and extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, William Tafoya , Patrick Lee Tafoya, Matthew Lee Tafoya, Grandmother, Teresa V. Jaramillo, Grandfather Ralph Jaramillo, Grandfather, Walter Cockerham.
