Jerry Wilder

Jerry Clark Wilder, age 56, of Estill Springs, TN, passed from this life on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at his residence.

Mr. Wilder was born in Manchester, TN, to his late parents George Washington Wilder and Naomi Caldwell Wilder. He most recently worked for the water department for the City of Manchester and was a dedicated employee for almost 20 years. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mr. Wilder was a good husband, dad, Papa, and loved his family very dearly, especially his children and their spouses and his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Verlon Wilder.

Mr. Wilder is survived by his wife, Heather Wilder; son, Tyler (Whitney) Wilder; daughter, Shelby Wilder (Allen Williams); grandchildren, Bentley, Waylon, and one on the way, Alice; brothers, Gary Wilder, Wayne Wilder, and Ronnie Wilder; sisters, Kathy Stephens (Lester), Judy Weddington (Gene), Virginia Gilreath, and Marilyn Perry (Jimmy); several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Monday, October 20, 2025, from 11:00am until 1:00pm, with funeral services following at 1:00pm in the chapel of Central Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Coffee Co.
