Jeannette Dobrynio

Jeannette Isabelle Dobrynio, age 81, of Sheboygan Wisconsin, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on June 14th, 2025 at Aurora Medical Center Sheboygan Wisconsin ending a great life.

She was born in Hazelton Pennsylvania on March 29th, 1944, daughter of John Leib and Laura Leib.

She attended Hazelton High School and graduated with the class of 1962. On March 26th, 1966 she married Robert Lee Dobrynio in State College Pennsylvania.

After moving to Newburgh, NY in 1980 to raise their family, Jan worked at Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital as Unit Secretary and Nursing Assistant. She was a dedicated caregiver and was known for her kind spirit to those patients in need. She worked the night shift so she could also be present in raising her three children.

Being a loving nana to five treasured grandchildren was her pride and joy for the past 23 years. She enjoyed gift giving, playing games, bedtime stories, every detail about her grandchildren’s lives and all the happiness that comes with being such a devoted nana.

She is survived by: Spouse Robert Dobrynio of Sheboygan WI, Daughter Jill Shebanie and husband Jason Shebanie of Attleboro MA, Son Scott Dobrynio and wife Wendy Dobrynio of South Plainfield NJ, Son Michael Dobrynio and wife Julie Dobrynio of Elkhart Lake WI, Treasured Grandchildren Braedon, Karly, Roman and Otis Dobrynio and Cameron Shebanie, Sister and best friend Kathryn (Kathy) Leib.

She is also survived by nieces Anne Kaye and Lori Kozelsky, nephew John Salata, great nieces, great nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services and memorial services were privately held on June 16th, 2025 at Suchon Funeral Home. Following her wishes cremation has taken place.
