Jamie Querry

Jamie Lou Querry age 88 passed away peacefully September 18, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loved ones. Jamie was born August 9, 1937 to Y.B.& Vance Poynter in Heber Springs, AR and was a resident her entire 88 years. She was the oldest of two children and is survived by her brother Bobby Joe Poynter. Jamie was a devoted wife to Samuel L. Querry for 56 years, mother to Bobby Barnett, Robin Barnett Seals, Billy, Querry, and daughter-in-law, Sheila Brown Querry and LeAnn Querry Stevenson, grandmother to 10, great grandmother to 15 and great great grandmother to 2. She was the office manager, bookkeeper, and foster mom to about 100 men at Rock Products Inc. until retirement.

Some of Jamie‘s greatest joys were spending time with children and grandchildren, getting her hair done, looking beautiful and playing golf with her husband and friends. She was a faithful member of the Heber Springs Church of Christ and loved her church family with all her heart, Jamie will be truly missed.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at the Heber Springs Church of Christ at 2 PM.
