James Martin

James L. Martin, 79, born December 1, 1945, in Booneville, Indiana, passed away peacefully in his home on Monday, August 25, 2025, in Versailles, Kentucky. James served in the United States Army and was a profession engineer with Magna Engineers.

He is survived by his wife, Pat Douglas Davis, brothers, Charles Martin, Bob Martin, sister, Marilyn Rudolph, children, Ronald J. Martin, Gina Martin Rutledge, stepson, Douglas Davis-Gore, grandchildren, Owen Rutledge, Murphy Rutledge, and step granddaughter, Kylia Davis-Walls.

A memorial service will be held at 12:30 pm on Friday, August 29, 2025, at Blackburn and Ward Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until the time of service.
