James Atchley

November 27, 1938 – July 8, 2025

James Raymond Atchley, 86, of Jackson, GA passed away Tuesday.

He was preceded in death by spouses, Ann Collins Atchley and Marion Booten Atchley, parents, James Fred Atchley and Nina Retha Atchley and his brothers, Charles Atchley and Butch Atchley.

Surviving are sister, Martha Atchley Cooper, sister-in-law, Carolyn Atchley, two step sons, Dale (Sonja) Booten and Chip (Connie) Booten, and he was loved by numerous nieces & nephews.

A graveside service will be held at Rehobeth Cemetery, Monday at 11:00 am. Pallbearers will be Michael Cooper and Phillip Cooper and Honorary Pallbearers will be Bobby Mason and Rex Provence.
